On April 25, 2014, Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI), in partnership with the Archive of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and Institute of National Remembrance of Poland (IPN) conducted the public lecture.
On April 16, 2014 ‘Media Advocacy Coalition’ organized the round table meeting. The major topic of the meeting was challenges of digital switchover of the regional and local broadcasters and the problems connected to measuring the Georgian TV ratings.
On April 14, 2014 Radisson Blu Iveria hosted the Inter-Agency Anti-corruption Coordination Council of Georgia (agenda). The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Justice of Georgia Thea Tsulukiani. The meeting of the Inter-Agency Anti-corruption Coordination Council of Georgia was dedicated to Georgias participation in Open Government Partnership (OGP) and discussions about the draft Action Plan (2014-2015) of the Government of Georgia.

On April 7, Ministry of Justice of Georgia hosted the fourth forum of Open Government Partnership. The meeting was attended by the representatives of NGOs and public institutions.
The Open Government Partnership (OGP) Regional Meeting for Europe will take place in Dublin on 8-9 May 2014.
On March 28 with the support of the USAID program Good Governance in Georgia (G-3), IDFI conducted the workshop for the locals of Sartichala. The workshop was held within the frames of the ‘Improving Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Process and Increasing Public Awareness of FOIA’ project.
On April 3 National Parliamentary Library of Georgia hosted the workshop organized by IDFI in cooperation of with the Librarians Association of Georgia for the libraries from the regions of Georgia and Tbilisi. Director of IDFI Giorgi Kldiashvili and the Chairman of the organization Levan Avalishvili held presentations.
