Donate to Support IDFI's Good Work!

Since its establishment in 2009, Institute for Development of Freedom of Information’s (IDFI) work has been focused on empowering and informing the Georgian public. For this purpose, we are working on increasing awareness, securing human rights and good governance through informative reports, qualitative investigations, research and policy papers, and advocacy of reforms.

For the second time in 2016, the international organization Transparify named IDFI as one of the most financially transparent organizations in the world (among 200 think-tank NGOs from 47 countries).

Support us with a donation in case you share the goals and objectives of IDFI, which are directed towards the establishment of democracy in Georgia.

IDFI’s Donation Policy:

IDFI receives donations from natural persons or legal entities, international or local (national) organizations.

A donation is accepted only in case it does not affect the independence of our work and/or endanger our reputation.

IDFI does not receive donations from political parties, government entities and politicians or from individuals linked with political parties.

IDFI does not receive donations from companies that have been committed criminal violations, acts of corruption, violations of national security, and acts against Georgia’s statehood.
