Ukraine is Developing a Single Web-Portal of Open Data

On September 12th 2015 a new law on Transparency of the Use of Public Funds will enter into force in Ukraine. According to the new legislation recipients of funds from state and local budgets, state- and communal-owned enterprises and obligatory social insurance funds will be obliged to publicize detailed information on the use of public funds on quarterly basis.

With singing the Memorandum, Georgia became the first country in the region starting to implement the Principles of Open Parliament. The official ceremony of signing the Memorandum took place in the building of the Parliament in Kutaisi.
