On March 25th at the South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation the IDFI unveiled to the public collection of archival documents, related to the Events of March 5-9, 1956 occurred in Georgia. Institute for Development of Freedom of Information will conduct a presentation of the Project- Collection of Archival Documents. Project Publishing of the Collection of Archival Documents related to the Events of March 5-9, 1956 was financed by the Embassy of Switzerland in Georgia and supported by the South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation. Transparency rate of the web page of Tbilisi City Hall

IDFI conducted the monitoring of transparency rate of the web page of Tbilisi City Hall on March 10, 2011. The total rate amounted to 18.48%. Among other significant problems, the following are worth of noting: There is no written indication that the web page is the official web page of Tbilisi City Hall; the following cannot be found on the web-site of Tbilisi City Hall: Contacts section, system structure
