Within the scope of the study, IDFI requested data from the Parliament of Georgia regarding the fuel consumption and mileage of vehicles used by Georgian parliamentarians in 2018-2020.
On October 2020, IDFI held an international high-level online conference on good governance, entitled Political Integrity and Elections: Challenges and Innovative Solutions. To examine the practice of employment through labor and administrative contracts in the public sector, IDFI requested relevant public information from more than 100 public institutions (ministries, their subordinate legal entities of public law, and various independent public agencies).
IDFI requested public information about the expenses, income, ratings, amount of remuneration and number of employees of Georgia Public Broadcaster. Simultaneously, data from the open sources covering the research period was analyzed, including, public procurement expenses related to the new building of the Broadcaster, reports on budget execution, incomes presented to the Georgian National Communications Commission.
During the last years, the system of public procurement in Ukraine underwent important changes. One of the main novelties was the creation of an open-source e-tendering system Prozorro.
On August 26 and 31, 2020 the local strategies and action plans of Integrity and Transparency were adopted, respectively, by the decrees of the mayors of Telavi and Lagodekhi municipalities.
