Summary of the Project
The Global Data Barometer is constituted as a project of the Latin American Open Data Initiative (ILDA) and funded by IDRC under the Open Data for Development (OD4D) partnership/program.
The purpose of this project is to deepen and strengthen the strategic partnership between the Parties for the purpose of providing effective support and contribution to the first edition of the GDB study design, implementation and more specifically, around Data Collection Phase across countries in Eastern Partnership and Central Asia.
The Global Data Barometer will produce a unique global and regional view of data for public good across a wide range of sectors. As a high-profile study, it aims to influence policy debates at country, regional and global levels - and to support advances in a range of data for development initiatives.
