Objectives

The overall objective of the project is to strengthen resilience of Akhmeta and Tsageri City-Halls against the threat of corruption.

 Specific objective of this assignment is to support Akhmeta and Tsageri City-Halls in:

 1) Development of Integrity and Transparency Strategy and Action Plan and implementation and monitoring framework; 

 2) Capacity building of the relevant staff on integrity and transparency to apply anticorruption measures in practice.

 Project Activities

 In order to achieve the above-mentioned objectives, IDFI will implement the following activities:

-      Development of a detailed methodology

-      Development of a detailed work plan

-      Conduct a corruption risk assessment

-      Preparation of corruption risk assessment report and recommendations

-      Development of Strategy and Action Plan

-      Conduct Public Discussion

-      Finalizing Strategy and Action Plan

-      Development of a Training Module

-      Development of implementation guidelines

-      Conduct a capacity building activity
