On October 21st, 2010 IDFI signed memorandum with State Procurement Agency. The memorandum strives to improve work of agency and ensure transparency.
In accordance with the memorandum, both sides are obliged to share their knowledge and experience. Besides, Institute is responsible for preparing recommendation related to transparency of information.
