News | Statements 5 December 2012

In November 2012, Institute for Development of Freedom of information (IDFI) received 10 000 USD as an organization development grant from the National Security Archive.

The National Security Archive is the first and very important partner organization of IDFI and the Institute was founded with the direct support from the National Security Archive. The Institute has been receiving support from the NSA for 3 years and IDFI has conducted projects, organized conferences and workshops in the frameworks of the funding from the National Security Archive.

Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) would like to express gratitude to the National Security Archive, and personally to Tomas Blanton, Svetlana Savranskay, and Malcolm Byrne for their support and cooperation.

We are very happy to have such partner and friend as the National Security Archive!
