The main purpose of the cooperation is to conduct research and projects as well as to develop various tools for support and mutually beneficial cooperation. Specifically, the collaboration will focus on encouraging the development and use of artificial intelligence (AI) systems.

For the strategic goals of the Memurandum, the signatory parties express their readiness to implement joint projects related to artificial intelligence (AI) through coordinated efforts, to conduct research with the involvement of competent researchers, to facilitate student internships/employment, as well as to hold academic conferences, lectures, and other events.

It should be mentioned that, since its establishment, the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) has been actively cooperating with both local and foreign higher education institutions. With this priority in mind, IDFI and its partner universities have initiated various academic courses modules over the years, including Soviet Studies, Good Governance, fight against corruption and disinformation, and more.
