IDFI has submitted administrative appeal to the Ministry of Defence

IDFI on 27 December 2010 has submitted the administrative appeal to the Ministry of Defense due to refusal to give the public information.

IDFI requested public information from the Ministry of Defence according to the Administrative Code of Georgia. The access to public information was denied from the Ministry of Defence.
