IDFI Director’s Assistant
Within the framework of the project “Organizational Development Grant – IDFI,” IDFI announces a position vacancy of Director’s Assistants, who will actively engage in the implementation process of the project and will assist the director in carrying out project related duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in fulfilment of day-to-day activities;
- Provide documentation and administrative support to the Director and the project team;
- Prepare project related correspondence;
- Arrange meetings for the Director and ensure that they are well planned and facilitated;
- Participate in organizational strategic planning;
- Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization;
- When needed Support Procurement Officer and/or Finance and Admin Manager in purchase/administration related work;
- Fulfill other duties delegated by the Director.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the relevant field;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Georgian, English and Russian;
- Excellent knowledge of standards of academic writing;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
