Chart of Visualization of the Declared Wage Incomes of the State Officials Has Been Updated.

The declared incomes of chairmen of fractions of parliamentary majority and minority, data of the parliament members left out of the fraction and declared incomes of chairmen of committees of parliament of Georgia and others have been added to the existing data on the web-site.

As a result of analysis of the declarations it became clear that among the chairmen of committees of Georgia, the largest amount of wage income during 2010 was received by the Chairman of the Committee on European Integration Davit Darchiashvili - 72 082,49 GEL, next places are taken by the Chairman of the Legal Issues Committee Pavle Kublashvili and the Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee Zurab Meliqishvili with the declared incomes of 68 674 and 67 232,49 GEL. Among the chairmen of fractions, Shalva Natelashvili, the formal Parliament member which was left out of fraction, is leading with wage income of 67 111 GEL. The second and third places are taken by the Chairman of the fraction: "Unified National Movement” Petre Tsiskarishvili and the Chairman of the Fraction: "Powerful Georgia” - Gia Tortladze with the declared wage incomes of 63 682, 49 and 59 572, 49 GEL. It should be noted that declarations of state officials for 2011 are still not  published on the web-site www.declaration.ge. The chart of visualization of the declared wage incomes of the State Officials will be automatically renewed as soon as this information is placed on the web-page and you will have the opportunity to watch over their financial situation.    

The new category of Governor/Head of Municipal Board, where you can see their declared incomes for the period of 2011-2012, has been added to the list of categories.

The annual wage income of the Governors and Heads of Municipal Boards are 35 400 and 28 320 GEL, but there is significant difference between these numbers and the wage incomes declared by them. For example, declared wage income of the Governor of the Administration of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Region Zaza Gorozia for the period of 2010 is 97 350 GEL, hence one can suppose on this basis that in addition to the salary, he received a bonus of almost twice as much as the salary - 61 950 GEL. The declared wage incomes of the Governor of the Administration of Kakheti Giorgi Gviniashvili and the Governor of the Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo-Svaneti Region Davit Gagoshidze amounted to 76 700 and 73 765 GEL.  Also 70 409 GEL and 62 888 GEL are the declared annual wage incomes of the Governor of the Administration of Samtskhe-Javakheti Lasha Chkadua and the Governor of the Administration of Guria Valerian Chitaishvili. It should be noted that the declaration of the governor of Shida Kartli is still not published.
