Public information received from the Social Service Agency

Information received from the Social Service Agency, LEPL of the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, is already available on the web-site. The Agency has ignored request about state cultural events. The information provided about bonuses is incomplete, since the information is not given by months. Instead, only sums of bonuses of public officials are provided. In all the other cases the provided information is complete.
 
As it became clear from the received information, from 1 January 2012 by 18 February 2013 the Social Service Agency has spent 5 158 025 GEL on bonuses, out of which 4 930 960 GEL was spent on the staff, while 227 065 GEL was given to the management of the Agency. Namely, the director of the Agency, Ramaz Sulamanidze received bonuses of 33 665 in the period between 1 January 2012 and 18 February 2013. Interestingly, his four deputees have received bigger amounts of bonuses: Mamuka Gelovani - 46 620 GEL; Mamuka Machavariani - 49 610 GEL; Davit Dvalidze - 51 685 GEL and Kakha Kheladze - 45 485 GEL. 
 
The salary for position of director of the Social Service Agency is 2 600 GEL, 31 200 GEL annually. Thus, the director of the Agency received as much bonus as salary in the period between 1 January 2012 and 18 February 2013. In case of deputy directors salary for their position is 2 400, 28 800 GEL annually. As it can be seen from the information above, the deputy directors received much bigger amounts of bonuses, than salaries. In particular, the bonuses received by Mamuka Gelovani and Kakha Kheladaze were 1.4 times as much as the salaries, by Mamuka Machavariani – 1.5 times more, while by Davit Dvalidze – 1.85 times more. 
 
It is also worth pointing out that LEPL Social Service Agency has 1 773 employees and the annual salary fund amounts to 16 243 000 GEL.
