Over 20 regional NGO representatives took part in the 3 days training on methodology of the Local Self-Government Index led by the representatives of IDFI, Center for Training and Consultancy (CTC) & MSDC. Based on this, the local civil society representatives will assess transparency & accountability of the Georgia’s municipalities.
