Court Accepted the Appeal of IDFI Against MIA

On December 24th 2014 Tbilisi City Court accepted the appeal of IDFI against the Ministry of Internal Affairs. As a result the Ministry was found responsible to provide the institute with complete information on salary supplements and bonuses received by the Minister, Deputy Minister and Department Chairmen during the year of 2013. The information is to be provided separately for each month indicating names and surnames of the officials.

The Ombudsmen Addresses Ministry of Economy with Recommendation on the Fact of Violating the Right of IDFI

IDFI has made an administrative complaint against Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia

Institute for Development of Freedom of Information has made an administrative complaint against Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. Adminnistrative Complaint againt Public Broadcaster

On April 10, 2013 IDFI filed an administrative complaint against LEPL Public Broadcaster with the request of invalidating the act of the person responsible on refusal to issue the public information and the issuance of requested public information to IDFI.
