On October 27th, the OGP Civil Society Day took place within the Open Government Partnership Global Summit Mexico 2015. The OGP Civil Society Day was traditionally held the day before the Summit to provide an informal opportunity for civil society actors involved in the OGP to connect and interact.

One of these instances occurred in August, 2015 when the decision to transfer six judges without competition to Tbilisi City Court from other district courts of Georgia was made.
