IDFI’s Winter School – Rule of Law and Human Rights

On December 9-14, 2021 IDFI’s Winter School "Rule of Law and Human Rights" was held. The aim of the school was to enhance students' knowledge of the rule of law and human rights, to encourage discussions on problematic issues, to exchange views and to strengthen democratic values.

International Anti-Corruption Day: IDFI’s Anti-Corruption Activities and Existing Challenges

International Anti-Corruption Day is celebrated on December 9 every year to raise public awareness of corruption. This day is crucial for governmental institutions and non-governmental organizations, as well as for the whole society, to be reminded that joint cooperation is essential for the prevention of corruption, which in turn is fundamental to achieve progress in terms of Sustainable Development Goals’ (SDG) implementation.

On November 26, the representatives of the administration of the political parties from the Eastern Partnership Countries visited IDFI. The participants of the meeting belonged to political organizations of Ukraine, Armenia, Moldova and Belarus, such as Batkivshchyna,European Solidarity,Party of Action and Solidarity,Movement for Freedom and United Civil Party.
