Monitoring of web-page of  Ministry of Education and Culture of Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia

On January 05, 2011IDFI expert team has conducted information transparency and e-Governance (e-Accessibility and technical operability) monitoring of official webpage of of  Ministry of Education and Culture of Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia (www.meca.gov.ge)within the framework of the project “Monitoring of Information (Internet) Resources of Public Authorities of Georgia“.

According to assessment parameters Education and Culture of Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia web-page amounted:

Information transparency rating: 17.02%

E- accessibility and technical operability rating: 38.94%

Total rating of web-page: 27.98%
