On February 1-2nd IDFI organized international forum The Prospects of Georgia’s Democratic and Economic Development within the frames of the project Strategic Plan Georgia 2020 - Strengthening Public Involvement.

The forum was actively covered by local broadcasting and online media outlets. Public Broadcaster prepared brief news about the opening of the event with the opening speech of Giorgi Kvirikashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia. Later, GPB recorded director of IDFI, Giorgi Klsiashvili and expert Levan Dolidze for broader TV story.

TV Company Maestro covered the event during both days. Journalists of Maestro prepared TV story for news program, also comprehensive story for Business Contact:

Giorgi Kldiashvili made a comment for Rustavi 2 too and spoke about main idea and topics of the forum.

TV Imedi also prepared one brief news in the beginning of the forum and one summarizing broader TV story later.

Forum was covered by Adjara TV. Later, Radio Liberty published broad article regarding the event and invited project analyst Giorgi Lomtadze to speak about the main topics of discussion. 

Sova News recorded interview with Andrei Ilarionov, one of the speakers of the forum. ISET published article regarding its representative, Yaroslava Babich’s participation in third panel of the forum.
