Lecturing course - 25 Years of Transformation – Eastern Europe and Georgia has finished

60 students were awarded with certificates in the lecturing course - 25 Years of Transformation – Eastern Europe and Georgia.

 

Lecturing course was held by Institute for Development of freedom of Information (IDFI), Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and Bremen University with the financial assistance of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany within the scopes of the project Strategic Plan Georgia 2020 – Strengthening Public Involvement (ZigB) Georgia.

 

250 students showed their interest in attending the lecturing course “25 Years of Transformation – Eastern Europe and Georgia”. CEU PHD student Lela Rekhviashvili had four lectures with the selected students within the scopes of the named lecturing course and discussed four topics with them:

  • 25 Years of Transformation – Main debates.
  • Polan Theory. Eastern Europe through Polan Eyes.
  • Transformation process in Post-Revolution Georgia through Polan Theory.
  • The Application of the Theory on Micro Context.


60 students from various universities were attending the lectures and in the end of the course were awarded with certificates.
