IDFI submitted repeatedly an official request of public information to  the Tbilisi City Hall. IDFI inquired  an Information  the Request on which the City Hall has left unanswered:
 
1. The salaries/wages of Mayor of Tbilisi, of Vice Mayor, of Deputy Mayors, of Head of Administration and of Deputy Heads of Administration and of Heads of municipal Departments (apart) paid from the Government Budget during 2009-2010 years (monthly).
2. Expenses incurred by the official trips of Mayor of Tbilisi, of Vice Mayor, of Deputy Mayors, of Head of Administration and of Deputy Heads of Administration and of Heads of municipal Departments, both domestic and international during the 2009 -2010 years .
3. The list of employees of the City Hall (according to their posts) and their Salaries paid from the Government Budget during 2009-2010 years.
4. Information about Bonuses paid to the Mayor of Tbilisi, of Vice Mayor, of Deputy Mayors, of Head of Administration and of Deputy Heads of Administration and of Heads of Municipal Departments paid from the Government Budget during 2009-2010 years (quarterly).
5. The complete list of tenders announced by the City Hall and implemented purchases during the 2009-2010 calendar year. 
6. Information pertaining costs for auto purchases and maintenance expenses during 2009-2010 years: personally allotment of auto vehicles on the government officials according to their positions, also model of auto vehicles and monthly limit of fuel (type of fuel as well). Costs for auto maintenance (reparation, wear) for each Government Official paid from the Government Budget.
7. Information pertaining communication costs (conversations over fixed network and mobile phone) of employees of the City Hall (apart) paid from the Government Budget during the 2009-2010 years.
8. Costs for purchases of cars and mobile phones paid from the budget during the 2009-2010 years.
