IDFI submitted repeatedly an official request of public information to the Administration of the President. IDFI inquired an Information on the Request on which the Administration of the Presidents did not replied:
1. The salaries/wages and Bonuses of the President of Georgia, of the Head of Administration of the President, of Deputy Heads of the Administration of Advisors to the President, of Heads of Departments, of Press speaker and secretariat and of the Assistants to the President (apart) paid from the Government Budget during 2009-2010 years (monthly). Expenses incurred by the official trips of above mentioned persons both domestic and international during the 2009 -2010 years as well.
2. The list of employees of Administration of the President (according to their posts) and their Salaries paid from the Government Budget during 2009-2010 years.
3. Information pertaining costs for auto purchases and maintenance expenses during 2009-2010 years: personally allotment of auto vehicles on the government officials (President of Georgia, of the Head of Administration of the President, of Deputy Heads of the Administration of Advisors to the President, of Heads of Departments, of Press speaker and secretariat and of the Assistants to the President) according to their positions, also model of auto vehicles and monthly limit of fuel (type of fuel as well). Costs for auto maintenance (reparation, wear) for each Government Official paid from the Government Budget.
4. Information pertaining communication costs (conversations over fixed network and mobile phone) of employees of the Administration of the President (apart) paid from the Government Budget during the 2009-2010 years. Costs for purchases of cars and mobile phones paid from the budget during the 2009-2010 years as well.
5. The list and Value of real estate properties on the balance sheet of the Administration of the President.
6. The list of Projects and Programs carried out within the competence of the Administration of the President during the 2010 calendar year.
7. The complete list of tenders announced by the Administration of the President and implemented purchases.
8. The complete list of cultural and advertising events carried out by the Administration of the President.
9. 2009-2010 budget of the Administration of the President and changes in the budget with quarterly and monthly breakdown (according to the Budget Code of Georgia, Chapter 47.1)
10. The Account of Reserve Funds of the Administration of the President (The list of Projects and Programs financed from the Reserve Funds).
