The first master's course that students will take within the program is Management of Anti-corruption Policy in Public and Private Institutions. The training course is read by Tinatin Khidasheli, the chairman of the non-governmental organization Civil Idea.

It should be noted that within the framework of the certification program, the students of Ilia State University will have the opportunity to receive the certificate of completion of the program along with the credits of academic achievement.

The competition for the Certification Program in Fighting Corruption was traditionally big this year as well. Almost 400 applications were received and the interview process lasted for 4 days. As a result of the competition, the best candidates were selected for both the bachelor's and the master's programs. At the master's program, as a result of the competition, 25 participants were selected from various public and private institutions, who will have an opportunity to attend the Certification Program in Fighting Corruption together with the students of Ilia State University. It should be noted that about 13 students of Ilia University chose Mrs. Khidasheli's subject.

The participants selected through the competition represent the public, private, and non-governmental sectors. For example, there are representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Education and Science, financial institutions, Parliament of Georgia, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other state institutions.

In 2019-2020, within the framework of the certification program, eight professional modules were created, which in the following years were transformed into four academic subjects of the Faculty of Sciences and Arts of Ilia State University.

In particular, for the bachelor's degree - "Good Governance and Corruption", and "Public Policy and Corruption", and for the master's degree - "Management of Anti-corruption Policy in the Public and Private institutions", and "Fighting corruption - International Actors, Anti-corruption Platforms".
