Objectives

The overall objective of the project is to strengthen resilience of Ambrolauri and Lanchkhuti City Halls against the threat of corruption.

 Specific objective of this assignment is to support Ambrolauri and Lanchkhuti City Halls in:

 1) Development of Integrity and Transparency Strategy and Action Plan and implementation and monitoring framework; 

 2) Capacity building of the relevant staff on integrity and transparency to apply anticorruption measures in practice.

 Project Activities

 In order to achieve the above-mentioned objectives, IDFI will implement the following activities:

-      Development of a detailed methodology

-      Development of a detailed work plan

-      Conduct a corruption risk assessment

-      Preparation of corruption risk assessment report and recommendations

-      Development of Strategy and Action Plan

-      Conduct Public Discussion

-      Finalizing Strategy and Action Plan

-      Development of a Training Module

-      Development of implementation guidelines

-      Conduct a capacity building activity
