Information about Funds Transferred to the State Budget Through the Use of Plea Bargaining Agreements Remain Inaccessible

On September 25, 2013 IDFI addressed to the LEPL National Bureau of Enforcement demanding the information about funds transferred to state budget through the use of plea bargaining agreements. OECD Monitoring Report on Georgia

Completion of Action Plan and New Priorities for OGP – Georgia
